Regular vacuuming will help remove dust, fur, and dander from your home. However, to Fluffy, the vacuum is a scary robot that keeps removing her fur from everything!

Our feline pals like to keep a close eye on their humans, and make sure we aren’t secretly cuddling strange cats or eating tuna without sharing. Fluffy also has no concept of privacy. Your furball may even try to follow you into the bathroom!

When we first domesticated kitties, we truly prized their hunting skills. This worked out pretty well. Our feline buddies brought us dead rodents, and we ‘paid’ them with food, treats, shelter, ear scritches, water, lap space, and, eventually, toys, beds, boxes, cat furniture, and catnip. Nowadays, most people aren’t quite as appreciative of their pets’ ‘presents.’ Fluffy, however, never got that memo.

Kitties have very pretty fur, and they are very polite about sharing it with us. Fluffy may not understand why you used a lint roller or rubber dish glove to get her hair off your clothing or sofa. She may also helpfully try to fur your clothes by sleeping in baskets of fresh laundry.

Fluffy will dutifully investigate anything and everything in her domain. If you open a cupboard or closet that is usually shut, she’ll probably go right in. She’ll also immediately check out any boxes you bring home.

Your furry pal will both look and feel better with proper veterinary care. However, most of our feline patients are not particularly happy about their appointments, in large part because of the car ride. Make the trip easier on your kitty by adding comfy bedding and some toys to the carrier.
